This Candidate Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how we collect, use, disclose, and store personal information about job applicants (“you”) when you apply for a role at Unleashd through our website or other channels.   • Match you with current and future opportunities within our organization
  • Maintain records related to our hiring practices

We will not use your information for marketing purposes unrelated to employment opportunities with Unleashd.
Who Has Access to Your Information
Your information will be accessible to:
  • Members of our internal People & Talent team
  • Hiring managers and interviewers
  • Third-party recruiters engaged by Unleashd
  • Our HR system provider
These parties are only given access to the information they need to fulfill their role in the recruitment process., and are required to protect your personal information.
Third-Party Services
We use a secure cloud-based HR platform, to manage applicant and employee information. We may also share your information with a third-party recruitment agency for hiring support. These providers are bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations and may store or process data outside of Canada.
How Long We Keep Your Information
If your application is unsuccessful, we may retain your personal information for up to two years after the end of the recruitment process to consider you for future job opportunities, unless you request deletion sooner. If hired, your candidate information will become part of your employee file.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
  • Request access to the personal information we have about you
  • Request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Withdraw your application or request deletion of your data at any time
