We launched our first offers in January 2024. The onboarding process was fast... we were expecting to be live in February... The amount of custom offers we are sending far exceeded my expectations based on the size of our customer portfolio. Our first set of campaigns had good feedback already. Quick story... in our recent managers meeting our service manager said she was going to create a list of customer that have not been in for service for the last 12 months. Using Smart Segments, we created a list of 332 customers that had not been in for 12-18 months and lived within 100km of the store. This took 5 minutes to create, export and send to our appointment coordinator. Also, there ended up being over 30 customers on the list with open recalls.
